taking a leap —-art sale to help pay for my students’ horseback riding field trip next semester

I am taking a leap. I am unloading a ton of art made since I arrived at the University of Alabama to help pay for my Antebellum America students’ horseback riding field trip in Fall 2024. I am using the entirety of an honorarium received for a talk this school year and a friend’s generous contribution. But I am short $422.00 for the seventeen already enrolled. The headcount for the class is 40 so I may have more students enrolled.
